Todd and Kayli traveled out to Vernal on the weekend of April 10 so Todd and I could compete in the 1st annual Icebreaker Triathlon at the new Uintah Recreation Center downtown V-town. Todd took first place overall and I finished seventh. However, the night prior to the race we had Jesse and MiShelle over to join us in a little "Ticket to Ride," and I am proud to announce I took first place overall. I always say, "if you can't beat them at physical stuff, beat them at intellectual stuff like 'Ticket to Ride.'" To everybody's credit it was their first time and its hard to win the first or second time playing if your not board game savvy. In all seriousness though it was a fun weekend. It always nice to hangout with friends.
Yay Mike!!!! Good work. And for the record, ticket to ride ain't all that intellectual and I want a rematch.
